“Our Commitment & Service to you”                                                                                                                                            MCR  IS  A  FULL  SERVICE  GENERAL  CONTRACTOR  THAT  CAN  MANAGE  AND  COMPLETE  YOUR PROJECT  FROM  FOUNDATION  TO  THE  ROOF,  A  QUALITY  JOB  IN  A  TIMELY  MANNER!

1)      Our representative will do a thorough evaluation of exterior, interior and any structural damage to the property that would be covered by your insurance policy, Under a no fault claim. This means your rates will not go up due to storm damage.

2)       If damage is found our representative will explain our complete service package to you as a property owner.

3)      MCR will then assist you with the insurance claim to include: Contacting your insurance company and securing your claim number unless you already have a claim initiated

4)       Coordinate and set an appointment to meet your claim adjuster to determine damage to  your property and come  to an agreed scope of repairs

5)      Work with your insurance company to determine the “Agreed upon scope of work” and “Price Agreeable” of all damage repairs and complete all necessary paperwork to finalize your claim. This will include providing itemized estimates to you insurance company for approval and arranging payment to you from the insurance company.

6)      Once we have received approval and payment has been made to you from your insurance company, we can commence with the work.

7)      Our representative will get together with you to pick out products, styles, colors and put together a working schedule for completion of your job. Your first or “Up front” check will have been issued to you from the insurance company, this amount is usually (50%-70%) of the total claim amount. This check can be signed over to MCR for materials, labor, permits, dumpsters and scheduling. Once the project has been completed MCR will invoice the insurance company for the balance or commonly called “Recoverable depreciation.” The balance of your contract will be due upon work completion and satisfactory completion certificate signed by you. Payment of balance will not be withheld while waiting for building inspectors final inspection, MCR agrees to call in final inspection request and complete all work to code!

 No out of pocket expense except the deductible if damages are approved for repair by your insurance company!
